Tony Austin
Director |
With over 30 years experience as the managing director of the UK’s most respected repro house – Wyndeham Argent - achieving no fewer than 30 Reproduction Awards to date including the Print Week 1993 and 1994 Repro Company of the Year Award.
A Lifetime Achievement Award for Tony Austin, managing director of Wyndeham Argent was made by Print Week at the 2002 Awards Ceremony.
Tony’s role in EnQuinta is to oversee best practice to ensure the quality of its services exceed client expectations by regular liason with Nick Austin.

Nicholas Austin (BSC/BED)

Graduated from Loughborough Univeristy with Honours degree in Design & Technology and a second degree in Education, Nick spent 10 years in the IT sector working for US software company Macromedia Inc (now Adobe Inc).
As Business Development Director he established the partner and distribution channel for the companies products.
Now Managing Director for EnQuinta, Nick’s focus is to oversee the overall growth of the company and to develop the rental framework and to ensure all depts are working in sync at your property.

Idalecia is responsible for the administration of your property and filing of all accounts. With over 14 years experience in the property sector (construction and management) and Bi-lingual. Idalecia expertly deals with administration, third party contractors and suppliers on your behalf.
Idalecia also manages our reception services - owner/guest check in/out, car hire and all other concierge services and requests you might have, working hard to ensure we meet our target of offering you a Whatever, Whenever approach to property management.

Saira’s 20 years experience as a PA and then Dept. manager within several of London’s most high profile Investment banks translates into being excellently suited to the organisation of property inspections and reports and keen attention to detail that is required to maintain the larger properties typically found in the Algarve.

Andre Lizarré
Head of Technical Services |
Andre after successfully managing a large villa in QDL for 5 years joined EnQuinta to head up our team of technical services responsible for day-to-day maintenance, Andre is qualified as a construction engineer.
Technical Services are responsible for the systems in your property – pool, irrigation, mains electrical, heating, water purification being correctly working and ready when you arrive and being correctly switched off when you depart.
Technical Services supports Housekeeping to ensure the property is ready for your arrival.

Milena Martins
Head of Housekeeping |
Recruited from the areas SLH / Flagship 5 Star Hotel , Milena brings to EnQuinta, the housekeeping skills and attention to detail normally you would typically expect to receive in from a 5 Star hotel.
Milena oversees all maid and laundry activity in your property and puts together your personalised schedule on how the property is prepared for your arrival. When your property is empty, Milena’s dept set up the property for airing and humidity control and focuses on specific areas of cleaning each week.
