| As part of your Quarterly management fee we offer each owner a full accounts package. Owners of property in Quinta do Lago have agreed compulsory charges that must be paid on a certain date to prevent interest being charged. Assuming we hold sufficient funds, payments will be made. Our accounts team also prepare both a monthly and annual statement detailing all payments on your property and keep on file original invoices for end of year tax calculations for offshore or limited companies. |
