EnQuinta Property Management require a full inventory of the property’s contents prepared by either the owner or the property inspector and checked by the property inspector. This will be kept on file and will assist in the event of theft or breakage when an insurance claim is made. Properties which are being rented, require an annual inventory check of all items including linen and towels.
