A schedule of maintenance will be drawn up in consultation with yourself outlining precisely what will be carried out on a regular basis in order to maintain your garden.

This will include mowing of lawns, to the suitable length for the season, upkeep of beds and removing all weeds, fertilising, pruning of hedges, shrubs, plants and trees. All pathways and terraces will be swept and kept clear of any debris; any signs of infestation will be treated immediately.

The irrigation system and control panel will be verified on a regular basis and adjusted according to the season to prevent you having to pay unnecessarily high water charges in the wetter periods of the year. Any repairs necessary will be taken care of and we will notify you of the work.

The price per month does not include procurement of new plants, fertilisation or pest control, and any other garden products you request.

A contract will be issued detailing all work duties we are bound to carry out throughout the year.
