| Property Inspections |

Each week your property will be opened and aired and any faults/problems reported back to head office and remedial action conducted. A full report is maintained and can be accessed at any time from our offices or online via your account log in.
Due to most properties in the golden triangle, close proximity to the ocean, high levels of humidity make it essential that your property is aired regularly to avoid damage by condensation of the salt air, as part of our inspection package we will schedule regular dehumidification using either your in-system equipment or a portable unit.
Your property inspector will also make recommendations to your property, pool or garden areas and provide a detailed schedule of works once approved. |
